Tanah Surga ...katanya

Beberapa waktu yg lalu, aku menonton film terbaik dalam ajang FFI 2012: Tanah Surga ...katanya. Film drama yg rilis tanggal 15 Agustus 2012 ini bertemakan Nasionalisme. Aku nggak akan nulis sinopsisnya, tapi pesan yg sampai kepadaku.

Kakek Hasyim begitu cinta terhadap tanah air Indonesia. "Aku mengabdi bukan untuk pemerintah, tapi untuk negeri ini, bangsaku sendiri." Dia tidak mau diajak tinggal di Malaysia oleh anaknya meskipun jelas kehidupan di sana lebih baik. Kata-kata yg keluar dari mulut kakek sukses 'nyentil' sanubari, menyadarkanku akan kondisi tanah air saat ini beserta isinya. Menyadarkanku betul-betul, aku masih berada di Indonesia, sekaligus bersyukur, aku masih menggunakan mata uang rupiah, masih hafal lagu Indonesia Raya, masih bisa melihat bendera Merah Putih berkibar di mana saja. Lain dengan teman-teman yg ada di daerah perbatasan. Meskipun aku nggak tau keadaan yg sebenar-benarnya di sana.

Aku ingat pernah menonton sebuah acara liputan di televisi. Jadi mereka berkunjung ke daerah perbatasan Sarawak-Kalimantan Barat. Kondisinya memprihatinkan. Sudahlah kalau masalah rumah atau jalanannya. Lha ini, ketika salah seorang warganya diminta
